How do we register for an account for our company?

How do we remove a completed customer from the queue?
On the "Bookings" page click on the booking. Select "Complete" if the customer was dealt with or "No Show" if they failed to show up for the booking.

How do we book a time slot ourselves if the customer has not used the app?
On the "Bookings" page click "Add customer to queue". Choose a time slot then type a name on the following screen then click "Book". Alternatively select an [Skip Name] option to skip adding a name.

How do we set when our shop is normally open?
Click "Settings" and then "Opening Hours".
For regular weekday opening times click "Normal Weekday Opening Times", select a day and then click "Add hours". Choose the Open and Close times then click "Add".
For periods when the shop is closed click "Closed Date Ranges", select "Add Closed Date Range", choose the From and Until dates then click "Add"
For exceptions (days with different opening times to usual, or days open within a holiday range) choose "Special Opening Days", click "Add Open Date", choose the Date, Opening and Closing time then click "Add" -
How do we add a staff member?
Click "Settings" and then "Staff" then choose "Add Staff". Type in their First Name and Surname then click "Add".

How do we set a staff members hours?
Click "Overview" and then on the staff members name.
For regular weekday working times click "Normal Weekday Working Times", select a day and then click "Add hours". Choose the Starting and Ending times then click "Add".
For holiday periods when they are not working click "Unavailable Date Ranges", select "Add Unavailable Date Range", choose the Away From and Away Until dates then click "Add"
For exceptions (days with different working times to usual, or days working within a holiday range) choose "Special Working Days", click "Add Working Date", choose the Date, Starting and Ending time then click "Add" -
How do we change how long it takes on average to finish with a customer?
Click "Settings" and then "Slot & Duration Times". Change the "Average Wait" number to suit then click "Set Times".

How do we change the length of the time period slots that are displayed?
Click "Settings" and then "Slot & Duration Times". Change the "Slot Size" number to suit then click "Set Times".

How do we set a passcode to allow only local people to join the queue?
Click "Settings" and then "Passcode" and you will see the options to set a passcode, or to update or remove a passcode if one is already set. Advertise your passcode in your shop to local customers.

How do we quickly stop all bookings for an unscheduled period of time?
Click "Settings" and then "Opening Hours". Click "Quick Close" then click "Add Times". Choose the From and Until times then click "Add Today Close Time".
(Note - Each staff member will then show as being unavailable during these times.) -
How do we quickly stop a staff members bookings for an unscheduled period of time?
Click "Overview" and then on the staff members name. Click "Quick Leave" then click "Add Times". Choose the From and Until times then click "Add Today Leave Time".

How do we set if a booking is going to take more or less time than estimated?
On the "Bookings" page click on the booking. Click +5 minutes or -5 minutes and you will see the Duration Allocated change.
(Note - you cannot reduce the allocated time to less time than the customer has already spent with you). -
How do we move a booking slot?
On the "Bookings" page click on the booking. Click "Move Slot" then choose an alternative time slot.

How do we block someone from joining the queue?
Select the booking and then tap "BAN" and confirm. Their bookings will be removed and they will no longer be able to book with you from that account.

How can I allow customers to join the queue but not book ahead?
Click "Settings" and then "Preferences" and toggle "Allow Bookings (not just Queue)?" to "Off" (red). Then click "Submit".

How can I allow customers to book days in advance?
Click "Settings" and then "Preferences" and toggle both "Allow Bookings (not just Queue)?" and "Also allow Future Date Bookings" to "On" (green). Then click "Submit".
(Note - Also ensure your staff members usual working times are set up) -
How do I view if anyone has made a booking on a different day?
On the "Bookings" page click the "Showing:" row. On the following screen select the date you wish to view and then click "Refresh List."
(Note - When viewing a future date the Showing row is coloured red as a reminder.)
